Transformation Journey
October 2022: Dr. Parmale Ole Kuluo became the third principal of Nkareta Secondary School, taking over with just 191 students. Through dedicated leadership and community support, the school has experienced unprecedented growth and transformation.
Student Growth: From 191 students in 2022 to 1,011 students in 2024, and currently maintaining 888 students (574 boys and 314 girls). This remarkable growth reflects the community's confidence in our educational standards.
Academic Excellence: Our KCSE performance has shown consistent improvement: 2022 (18/45 students to university), 2023 (62/63 students to university), and 2024 (72/130 students to university). We have successfully sent 152 candidates to university pursuing various courses.

Infrastructure Development
Significant infrastructure improvements including new classrooms, staff quarters, girls dormitory, and enhanced facilities through community and government support.
Community Partnership
Strong collaboration with parents, county government, CDF, NGAF, and various stakeholders supporting needy students with bursaries totaling over 5 million shillings.
International Recognition
Partnership with Marks Gymnasieskola School in Sweden for academic exchange programs, showcasing our commitment to global educational standards.

The 2025 Thanksgiving Ceremony marked a historic milestone as the first Governor stepped into Nkareta Secondary School since devolution was proclaimed by the new constitution. This momentous occasion celebrated our achievements and demonstrated the school's growing importance in Narok County's educational landscape.
